Overview

St. Katherine of Siena offers a full-day Kindergarten program with academic instruction in Religion, Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies, and weekly instruction in Library, Music, Art, and Physical Education.  St. Katherine of Siena School’s PreK through Third Grade also utilizes the Children’s Literacy Initiative (CLI), a nationally acclaimed program that offers award-winning literature to teach phonics, vocabulary and reading skills. The CLI has been shown to positively impact student learning, the quality of teachers’ literacy instruction and the classroom environment. Our small class sizes, high academic standards and friendly caring environment encourage a learning process to support each child’s individual development, allowing students to excel at their own pace.  Our Kindergarten classrooms are equipped with a SMARTBoard
